Becoming Premier Strategy Consulting

Hello and welcome to the first blog post of Premier Strategy Consulting LLC! We are a women-owned social media consulting business that was founded in 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. At the time, businesses were struggling to reach their customers and many of them were relying on word of mouth. Many businesses had an underdeveloped online presence which made it difficult to connect with their customers when the entire world shifted online. This is where we saw an opportunity to help.

We realized that social media was essential for businesses to reach their targeted demographic and bring customers back. However, simply posting once a week or month with suboptimal content wasn't enough - it was about strategy and keeping your audience engaged at all times. Many business owners were not well-versed in social media and needed help. That's where Premier Strategy Consulting came in.

Our company was founded on three pillars: branding, consulting, and design. We do extensive research for each client to ensure that we can help them build their brand voice. We create personalized strategies and design custom content tailored to their brand colors, fonts, and call to actions. Throughout the process, we check in with our clients to make sure all of their needs are met. We've worked with some incredible businesses and have helped increase their following, reach, engagement, and clientele.

As we reflect on the past two years of our business, we have learned a lot and improved our processes internally and externally to ensure growth for us and our clients. We have also learned about what our clients' target audiences like and dislike and have tailored our content accordingly. In the new year, we will continue to do this and expand our own brand as well. We are excited to launch our own blog and share our journey with you.

This coming year, we promise to be transparent and share all the ups and downs that we experience as a team. We believe that it's the bumps along the way and how we overcome them that make a business great. We hope you will join us on this journey and look forward to seeing you in the new year.
