Hello, my name is Lara Paikoff and I am a graduate of Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
As an individual who has grown up in New York City, I have always visualized everything from an intuitive and analytical standpoint. In order to succeed in anything I pursue, I understand that success takes time, hard work, and dedication. Hence, my decision to start up my own company Premier Strategy Consulting LLC. ​
Alongside running my own company, I currently work a hybrid position in the healthcare marketing industry serving as an Associate Media Planner & Investments + Partnerships Associate at Publicis Health Media.

Hi! My name is Erin Safran, a Social Media Coordinator at Premier Strategy Consulting LLC. I am currently enrolled as a Graduate Student pursuing a Master's Degree in Marketing at Baruch College.

Being able to unlock deeper meaning to marketing and gaining the skill set to successfully assist a brand in achieving its unique identity is something I am passionate about. My wide variety of real-life interests inclusive of lifestyle, fitness, and fashion enables me to successfully translate this into the digital world.

Simultaneously, I currently work at a coworking space in Midtown as a Community and Marketing Administrator, assisting the company in promoting their services whilst improving their customer experience.

Hi! My name is Ryan Columbia, a Social Media Coordinator at Premier Strategy Consulting LLC. I am a graduate of St. Francis College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Obtaining insight into social media strategy is the core to a successful business. My background in hospitality and beauty proves that powerful decisions start with marketing. I have always been equally passionate between the two which has aided me in further career development.
An abundance of time is spent by the consumer on digital media. To illustrate that strategically for small businesses and large businesses alike is a deep interest for me.
